The awful layer of subcutaneous fat around the neck which sags down and creates wrinkles makes you feel like you have a second chin. Everyone who has it feels annoyed, and try to hide it by wearing scarf or a high neck top. There are couple of reasons why it appears, but the most important thing is how to get rid of it. Here is how:
- Egg white – it has tightening effect which will help you remove the double chin. Make an egg mask by following these steps: whisk an egg with 1 tbsp. of each milk, honey and lemon juice; add couple of drops of peppermint essential oil and apply the mask to the skin around your chin and neck area; let it stay for 30 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water and pat dry it; repeat the procedure on daily basis for quick results.
- Sugar free gum – keep your facial muscles toned and give your jaw muscles a workout. Thus, chew a sugarless gum which will help you have healthier teeth and gums at the same time.
- What germ oil – use it to do a regular neck massage as it contains vitamin E (it will tighten the skin). You will need to rub the chin with the oil before you go to bed, massage for 10-15 minutes, and let the oil stay overnight. Use the oil regularly to see improvements.
- Cocoa butter – it improves skin elasticity and can help you get rid of double chin. Warm a few tablespoons of it in a microwave and then gently massage the warm oil into the double chin area for couple of minutes.
